配置 Omni-Channel Settings
- 导航到 Setup | Omni-Channel,点击 Omni-Channel Settings

选中 Enable Omni-Channel, Enabel Skills-Based and Direct-to-Agent Routing 和 Enable Status-Based Capacity Model
配置 Service Channel
- 导航到 Service Channels
- 点击 New
- 输入 Service Channel Name
- 在 Salesforce Object 中选择对象 Chat Transcript
- Capacity Model: 选择 Status-based
- Status Field: 选择 Status
- 从 Values form Completed 选择 In Progress,New,Waiting 到 Values for In-Progress。
- 点击 Save。
创建 Routing Configurations
- 导航到 Omni-Channel | Routing Configurations
- 点击 New,按照下图赋值
- 点击 Save。
创建 Presence Status
- 导航到 Omni-Channel | Presence Status
- 点击 New
- Satus Name 输入 Online
- Status Options 选择 Online
- 在 Service Channels 中选择步骤配置 Service Channel 中配置的 Service Channel。
配置 Queue
- 导航到 Setup | Users,点击 Queues
- 点击 New
- Routing Configuration 选择步骤创建 Routing Configuraction 创建的 Routing Configuration
- Supported Objects 选择 Chat Transcript
- Queue Members 中选择所有要分配会话的 Users
创建 Console App
- 导航到 Setup | Apps, 点击 App Manager
- 点击 New Lighting App
- 输入 App Name, 点击 Next
- Navigation Style 选择 Console navigation,点击 Next
- 点击 Add Utilitiy Item,选择下面两个组件:
- Omni - Channel
- Omni Channel Adapter Aura
- 点击 Next, 点击 Done。
