The Charket mobile app itself is an HTML5 app which runs within the Moblor container. Moblor is a platform for building and distributing cross-platform mobile apps. This guide will walk you through the steps to install and set up your Charket mobile app.

Install Moblor browser / 安装 Moblor 浏览器
The first step is to install the Moblor browser into your mobile devices. For iOS users, Moblor can be installed at Apple App Store. For Android devices with Google Play Services, Moblor can be installed at Google Play Store; for Android devices purchased in China where Google Play Services are not available, Moblor can be installed at Moblor Website.

You can install Moblor to both phones and tablets; however, only the phone version of the Charket mobile app is available at the moment, the tablet version will come soon. It’s also possible to install Moblor and run Charket in multiple devices.
Moblor 的安装支持手机和平板电脑。但目前 Charket 移动应用程序仅支持手机版，平板电脑版即将支持。同时支持多个不同设备安装 Moblor 和运行 Charket。
Sign into Moblor ID / 登录 Moblor ID
Your Moblor ID is your passport to install and run any Moblor HTML5 apps such as Charket. Follow the steps below to sign up and sign into your Moblor ID.
Moblor ID 是您安装和运行 Moblor HTML5 应用程序（例如 Charket）的通行证。按照以下步骤注册并登录您的 Moblor ID。
1. When Moblor is opened for the first time, it asks for the permission to send you notifications. Choosing the Allow option is necessary in order for Charket to send you notifications when you receive Live Chat messages.

2. If you already have a Moblor ID, you can sign into your Moblor ID now and skip the two steps below; otherwise, choose the “Don’t have a Moblor ID?” option. If you are setting up Charket for your second device, it means you already have a Moblor ID which you can sign into from this window.

3. Choose either the Email option or the Mobile Number option to create a new Moblor ID. The Mobile Number option only supports mobile numbers in China. The Scan QR Code option is not applicable to the Charket mobile app. In the next window, enter the Moblor ID information and click the Submit button. A verification code will be sent to either your email address or your mobile number. Enter the code in the next window to activate your Moblor ID.

4. Once your Moblor ID is created, you will be taken back to the Moblor ID sign-in window. After signing into your Moblor ID successfully, you will see the Moblor Settings window.

- If you are an Android user, you will be able to see the Moblor Market menu where you can find and install the Charket app.

- If you are an iOS user, From the Home page, click on upper right grey icon, open "Favorites", click the “+” icon at the top right corner, and install the Charket app by scanning the below QR code.

Log into Salesforce / 登录 Salesforce
1. Open the Charket app from the “Installed apps” (or “Installed programs” for the iOS version) window. The app may take up to a minute to load. The Salesforce login page will be presented after that. Log in with your Salesforce username and password. You may need to enter the verification code that Salesforce sends to you. You will also be asked to allow Charket to access your Salesforce data. All your Salesforce data loaded by the Charket app is saved in your local device.

2. If the login is successful, select a Salesforce App, you will see the Charket home window and start using the app. You can use the Touch Point menu (touch and hold the blue circle close the bottom right corner) to navigate the app.

App Upgrade / 应用程序升级
The Moblor container app and the Charket HTML5 app are upgraded separately. The Moblor app can be updated through Apple’s App Store or Google’s Play Store. For Android devices without the Google Play Services, the Moblor app can be updated at Moblor Website. The Charket app, however, is upgraded through the Moblor app. Follow the screens below to upgrade your Charket app to the latest version. An update is available when you see a red dot along with an app in the “Installed programs” (or “Installed apps” for the Android version) window.
