Follow the troubleshooting steps below to identify the cause of the issue:
1. Check the "Charket App Logs" report to see if there are any log entries showing errors related to sending WeChat messages.
2. Determine if the issue affects all journeys or just a specific journey. If the issue only occurs in one journey, it is most likely related to the setup of that specific journey.
3. Determine if the issue affects all WeChat users or just a specific user. If the issue only occurs for one WeChat user, check if the user is still following the WeChat OA selected when adding WeChat messages and notifications to the journey.
4. Verify that the Charket site's Site Contact user has the following permission sets:
- Charket - Admin
- Charket Social Hub - Admin
- Charket WeCom - Admin
